My actual name is Dominic - although some of my closer friends call me Nick. I was born and raised in Westport Massachusetts on a cow, rabbit, pig, horse, chicken, and duck farm. My first camera was a twin lens reflex box camera (oh I wish I still that puppy as it’s probably worth a fortune today) and I started simply shooting black and white. In High School I learned my way around the dark room. In my second year of college I purchased my first SLR with a zoom lens. I was in love with photography and had a passion for something like nothing ever before. Of course life happens and my passion fizzled through a number of cameras as we all moved into the digital world.

I currently live with my partner of seven years, Michael, out near the Hamptons among the farmland and vineyards of Long Island. My 14 year old son Zac lives with his Mom in New England. He currently plays in the school band, is on the wrestling team, and enjoys hunting (ugh).

I am a Product Manager working in a marketing division of a large software and services company. I really do enjoy my job.
